THE TEAM, THE FACILITY, AND THE IMPORTANCE OF FEELINGS
An area of 700 square meters immersed in the Salento countryside: this is where passion becomes creativity, between the beauty of a silent nature and the harmony of a close-knit team.
Every daf that leaves the workshop brings with it the magic of an informal and welcoming professional environment that represents a strong belief in the value of quality and an entity that never stops dreaming big.

A TEAM OF DREAMER ARTISANS
The creativity and passion of a group of people who believe in collaboration, professionalism, and the potential of their territory is what propells the daf project forward every day.
Each artisan hand-crafted bag is the result of teamwork: from the idea of the model to the selection of fabrics, from the creation of the finishes to the final packaging, with the whole team at daf – of over 10 professionals – dedicated to the production of quality bags daily. The experience gained by each member of the group is at the core of every job with high-quality standards as its goal. But what truly makes the difference in the creation of a daf is the feeling that animates every action carried out within the production facility. Harmony in relationships and a sense of belonging and feeling at home is what forms the foundation of the work team’s activities.

NATURE, TRADITION, AND A SENSE OF TERRITORY:
WHERE daf PRODUCTS ORIGINATE
The location where daf products are created and produced is housed in an unusual space, one that bore witness to a past which is as authentic as it is typical of the Salento area. This being the warehouses of a former tobacco factory, on the outskirts of the somewhat hectic and baroque city of Lecce. The seasons alternate in colours and fruits, with a lush nature year-round surrounding the entire facility that extends for almost 700 square meters of which the production workshop occupies almost half of the space. Only the sounds of nature can be heard and that of little Derek’s paws as he runs by quickly, perfectly at ease among the rooms of the facility.
